Products and Materials Used

The following products have been selected for use on Project vivo - an affordable green renovation:

Project vivo LEED for Homes Documents
Project vivo Regulatory Hurdle #1 - Board of Variance Application PDF Print E-mail

Project vivo is comprised of a small house on a narrow lot in Downtown Victoria, great for Smart Growth Principles and a thumb's up in the LEED rating system, but a horror from a zoning bylaws perspective.  The existing house is non-conforming in numerous ways so before we can do anything we must request variances or relaxations in zoning bylaws primarily for side and front setbacks.

See attached for Project vivo's Board of Variance application to the City of Victoria.
