This project isn't just another renovation, this is a study in the affordability, accessibilty and attributable value of sustainable housing today.

We're looking for team members with backgrounds and/or interests in the following:

Design and Construction:

- building design (passive design techniques)
- modelers (energy and daylighting)
- engineers (mechanical and structural, building envelope)
- prefabricated SIP or metal framing construction
- metal roofing
- landscape design
- green/vegetative roofing
- plumbing (solar thermal, on-demand tankless water heaters, graywater filtration, irrigation and rainwater harvestation)
- electrical (solar thermal, in-floor radiant heating, lighting, electrical upgrades)
